President Biden: “A War Scenario”

by Fabio Giuseppe Carlo Carisio

«Like last year’s devastating fires in Maui, Hawaii, the Los Angeles fires may have been caused by problems in the electrical grid. This is according to Whisker Lab, a company that collects data from sensors that monitor problems on the energy supply grid. The company claims that its system detected signs of stress on power lines near the locations where the fires started before the flames erupted. In 2023, the company’s sensors provided some of the first evidence that the Maui fire was caused by power lines and fueled by the increasingly present drought due to climate change».

This is what the swiss daily newspaper Corriere del Ticino writes, supporting the cause of climate change while social media blames these huge fires on the consequences (premeditated or accidental) of geoengineering experiments.

Gospa News has always been not a conspiracy theorist site but a conspiracy analyst, that is, it does not invent conspiracies but studies those that actually exist or are highly plausible when hidden by military intelligence.

This is why it took us a couple of days before we could write this investigation that gives a foundation to the social hypotheses on the use of Directed Energy Weapons.

As in Maui, in fact, a few miles from the site of the fiery inferno there is a US Air Force Military Base involved in the testing of such deadly instruments of destruction, ..

In the hypothesis, yet to be verified, that Los Angeles has become a CRIME SCENE, we try to analyze it with an investigative approach based on the three essential conditions for a crime: tool, opportunity and motive.

Five of the main outbreaks are still active while an updated death toll and damages indicates that the dead are at least 16, reports CNN. More than 10 thousand buildings have been completely destroyed, with over 14 thousand hectares gone up in smoke.

A war scenario, as outgoing President Joe Biden himself had to bitterly note. The multiple fires have displaced more than 150,000 families and consumed hundreds of homes. The Palisades fire that left scores of celebrities homeless is shaking up the American elite.

“It’s completely insane,” he said. “We applied for a house in Venice that was $17,000 a month and they said if we didn’t pay $30,000 they wouldn’t let us have it.”

The Suspicious Tool: US Air Force’s Directed Energy

There is also no evidence that directed-energy weapons caused the 2025 fires in Southern California. There have been no credible government or media reports of such a determination. The causes of the fires (Palisades, Eaton, Hurst, Lidia, Sunset, Kenneth and Archer) remain under investigation as of January 10, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, the state’s fire agency,”

We can read in USA Today, which denied a similar correlation in the Maui case but avoided mentioning the presence on the island of the fearsome THOR electromagnetic weapon (details below).

Above one of the videos circulated on Instagram

But by a curious coincidence just as in the Hawaiian archipelago there was a headquarters of the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), about thirty miles from the Palisades Fire, in the El Segundo area of Los Angeles there is an Air Force military base that has become Space Systems Command precisely in synergy with the AFRL.

We read from the official websites of the US government:

«Welcome to Los Angeles Air Force Base, home to Space Base Delta 3 and our Field Command, Space Systems Command (SSC). We are the only active duty military installation in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area, located just two miles south of Los Angeles International Airport in El Segundo, California».

«Space Base Delta 3 includes all of the base support services: 61st Medical Squadron, 61st Civil Engineer and Logistics Squadron, 61st Communication’s Squadron, 61st Force Support Squadron, 61st Security Forces Squadron, Base Chaplains and a host of other support functions. LAAFB has over 7K personnel assigned, with $1 billion in physical plant assets and has a $61.4 million annual budget».

Can be read on the USAF Los Angeles website which continues…

«Our co-located Field Command, SSC, is responsible for developing, acquiring, equipping, fielding, and sustaining lethal and resilient space capabilities for warfighters. As part of fielding, the command is responsible for launch operations, on-orbit checkout, developmental testing, sustainment and maintenance of military satellite constellations and other Department of Defense space systems. With an $15 billion space acquisition budget, SSC has a total of 15k personnel spread across 16 geographically separated units across the country».

The SpaceWERX Project in Los Angeles

Within this Space Systems Command, the SpaceWERX project was developed…

«As the innovation arm of the U.S. Space Force and a unique division within AFWERX, SpaceWERX inspires and empowers collaboration with innovators to accelerate capabilities and shape our future in space. Headquartered in Los Angeles, SpaceWERX employs 40 military, civilian and contractor personnel executing an annual $457 million budget».

«Additionally, SpaceWERX partners with Space Systems Command’s Commercial Space Office (COMSO) as a collaborative program. Since it was aligned under AFRL in Aug. 2021, SpaceWERX has executed 1106 contracts worth more than $897 million to strengthen the U.S. defense industrial base and drive faster technology transition to operational capability».

Furthermore: «Space Systems Command (SSC) has broadened the scope and responsibilities of its Commercial Services Office to maximize and optimize opportunities for commercial collaboration in its race to resilience by 2026. The office is now known as the Commercial Space Office (COMSO)».AFWERX collaborates internationally with academia, industry, and government to develop technologies, expand talent, and facilitate the transition to dual-use capabilities for military and civilian use.
In autumn 2024 AFWERX AFVentures, the commercial investment arm of the Department of the Air Force, has issued a Notice of Opportunity under the Strategic Funding Increase (STRATFI) program for air and space projects. STRATFI is open to small businesses that have been awarded a Phase II Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) contract.
«AFRL leads the discovery, development and delivery of warfighting technologies for our air, space and cyberspace forces. Through unparalleled research, tomorrow’s technology and strategic partnerships, we give our warfighters unmatched advantage in the field. Balancing a legacy of success with a pursuit of innovation, AFRL is uniquely positioned to support the warfighter’s urgent needs and evolving demand to defend America».

We can read in the official websiste of US Air Force:

«AFRL’s Directed Energy Directorate is the Department of the Air Force’s Center of Expertise for directed energy and optical technologies. Located at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, the Directorate develops and transitions technologies in four core technical competencies: laser systems, high power electromagnetics, weapons modeling and simulation, and directed energy and electro-optics for space superiority».

«Today, directed energy weapons are very real and can be used to damage and degrade equipment and signals. They might take the form of a ground-based directed energy weapon, radiating lasers from to blind or dazzle satellite sensors on orbit, or they could operate from space as a directed energy weapon in orbit» read on LA Space Systems command website.

“Having a ground-based weapon gives the adversary a little more power boost, and they can maintain that system on the ground, but in orbit, you can get a lot closer to the target,”said U.S. Space Force Maj. Neal Carter, Space Systems Command’s (SSC) deputy director of intelligence.

Pentagon’s Directed Energy Weapons to Suppress Protests

On 2021 the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is celebrating the success of its counter drone weapon, the Tactical High-power Operational Responder (THOR), after being named the Popular Science “Best of What’s New” in the security category.

«In 2019, scientists and engineers, working in AFRL’s Directed Energy Directorate in New Mexico, were tasked with the challenge of creating a technology that would provide additional layers of base defense– a system that was portable and could be easily operated by service members in an operational setting. In record time, the system was designed and built, with a source that uses high-power electromagnetic bursts to instantly disable swarms of small drones—and they named it THOR».

We wrote more information about the THOR system in the previous investigation on the mysterious fires of Maui.

Instead, we report a very brief summary of a substantial AFRL dossier on the strategic importance of Directed Energy:

«We maintain that we are approaching or have passed a tipping point for the criticality of Directed Energy (DE) capabilities as applied to the successful execution of military operations for the United States, Allies, and for the United States’ rivals and potential adversaries. DE is a focused beam of electro-magnetic energy that is used to enable or create military effects, when used in conjunction with other military systems, including kinetic weapons. Specific examples of DE are lasers, radio frequency devices, high power microwave, millimeter wave, and particle beam technology used to create a military effect, e.g. deny, degrade, damage, destroy, or deceive».

«A growing number of nations, are realizing the potential of DE for a variety of militarily relevant missions. At least 31 nations today have DE weapons for counter unmanned airborne system (c-UAS) missions, such as base defense. Other examples of pervasive DE technologies include pointer andilluminator lasers. Today both state and non-state-actors have used low-power lasers during operations: military, policing, during protests, and to imperil civil and military pilots. Counter sensor and counter electronic DE weapons are effective today from a variety of platforms (airborne, ground, and ship based),across various phases of war and intensities of conflict».

The Opportunity: Tornadoes after Mysterious Northern Lights Similar to HAARP Tests

In recent days I was undecided whether to write yet another episode of our series of investigations on the mysterious Northern Lights that between the end of 2023 and New Year’s Eve 2025 were recorded in the Arctic areas and in the Northern Hemisphere.

As many as 5 of them occurred in correspondence with the experiments of HAARP, the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program station in Gakoma, Alaska, used by the US Air Force until a few years ago and now managed by the University of Alaska Fairbanks with specific projects by the Pentagon, NASA and the NSF (National Science Foundation).

After each of these dangerous tests of geomagnetic bombardment of the ionosphere with unknown consequences, extreme atmospheric conditions occurred in various parts of the Northern Hemisphere.

The most serious was undoubtedly the flood in Spain, for which even the famous Iberian singer Miguel Bosé explicitly blamed Haarp…

A variegated aurora borealis was seen in the Arctic and European skies on New Year’s Eve. A few days later, here are the sinister chronicles of disasters:

Tens of millions of people from the Midwest to the East Coast are battling heavy snow as part of a major winter storm that has killed at least four people. Freezing temperatures continued to worsen road conditions, leaving more than 1,000 motorists stranded on a Missouri highway and causing thousands of flight cancellations and delays, American network NBC reported on January 6, 2025.
