The "Nightwatch" (aka "Doomsday Plane"), the President’s emergency command aircraft, took off from Barksdale Air Force Base around 8:00 PM last night. It took a very peculiar route and landed in Washington DC around 10:30 PM last night.
The E-4 NOAC aircraft landed at Joint Base Andrews outside Washington D.C. following a highly unusual flight path from Shreveport, Louisiana.

Historically, this aircraft is activated during severe crises, including military or nuclear threats.
The Last known presidential use: September 11, 2001.
Potential implications:
Best-case: Prep for U.S. military action on Iran with heightened presidential security.
Worst-case: Anticipation of nuclear escalation in the Middle East.
Closely monitoring—updates incoming.
