The president of China this morning has delivered a warning to both the US and Europe.
Xi Jinping: "If the international community continues to ignore what is happening in Gaza, China will find itself compelled to act in ways the West does not expect"
OVER 100 AID AGENCIES WARN OF “MASS STARVATION” IN GAZA
Save the Children, MSF, and over 100 other groups have issued a joint statement warning of “mass starvation” across Gaza.
They say Palestinians are trapped in a brutal cycle of “hope and heartbreak,” as conditions worsen despite international outcry.
Israel admits aid levels have dropped but blames aid agencies for distribution failures. Agencies say they can’t guarantee safe passage under current conditions.
Meanwhile, dozens have died from malnutrition and hundreds more while trying to access aid.
Chinese Foreign Minister: "The United States has lost its legitimacy to lead the world in the eyes of nations. It is no longer morally qualified to speak of values or peace while supporting genocide in Gaza."
According to online data:
Palestinians Dead from Starvation
At least 111 Palestinians have died due to starvation in Gaza, including 80 children, according to the territory’s Ministry of Health.
In the past 24 hours alone, 15 people, including four children, died from starvation. This figure has been corroborated by multiple sources, including the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), which reported that at least 101 Palestinians, including 80 children, have reportedly died from malnutrition in Gaza, with 15 deaths occurring within a 24-hour period.
Earlier reports from May 2025 indicated that 29 children and elderly people had died from starvation-related causes, and by late April, over 65,000 cases of acute malnutrition in children had been recorded. The situation has continued to deteriorate, with malnutrition and starvation now killing Palestinians faster than at any point since the conflict began.
These deaths are attributed to a combination of severe food shortages, restrictions on humanitarian aid, and the ongoing military operations that have disrupted access to food, clean water, and medical supplies.
The United Nations and multiple humanitarian organizations have described the situation as a "horror show" and warned of "mass starvation" in Gaza.
