"The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has announced an urgent meeting of foreign ministers scheduled for August 7 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This gathering will take place at the OIC General Secretariat headquarters, commencing at 16:00 local time.
It is now believed that Iran will wait until after Wednesday’s meeting before taking any action regarding the Israeli assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, in Tehran, Last week.
US officials are confident that Hezbollah's and Iran's response is imminent. Initial assessments had predicted an early-week attack, but the latest intelligence suggests that any response may be delayed until late Thursday or Friday. Unless, of course, the Israelis try to, or actually make, a Pre-Emptive attack, and then likely all bets are off."

During today’s Emergency Meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; the Acting Foreign Minister of Iran, Ali Bagheri said to the Attending Members, “In the Absence of Appropriate Action by the Security Council against the Aggressions and Violations of the Israeli Regime, the Islamic Republic of Iran has No Choice but to exercise its Inherent Right to Legitimate Defense against this Regime.”
