Russia President Vladimir Putin has called an "URGENT" meeting of Russia's Federation Council - behind closed doors. This is highly irregular for a Saturday.
UNCONFIRMED RUMOR is that this has something to do with Covert Intel gathered by Russian spies about what the U.S. / EU / NATO are planning.
Whatever it is, it is serious enough for Russia's President to call the Security Council in late on a Saturday night for closed door meetings.
