An extraordinarily specific "news" item aired on Russian state Television overnight; specifically laying out which cities and targets in Europe -- including AMERICAN military bases -- will be struck by Russian nuclear weapons if the situation with the Ukraine conflict continues growing worse.  Here is the relevant text:

". . .  All European Capitals are under threat if our missiles stand-up in Kaliningrad. Berlin, Warsaw, All the Baltics, Paris, Bucharest, Prague.  Of course, American bases in Germany: Garmish, Partenkirchen, Patch Barracks, Spangdahlem, Ramstein. We will pay special attention to Britain as our traditional enemy, as a significant part of the Northern Fleet will work against it.  Under attack, Washington puts not only London, Manchester,  Birmingham, and the largest Naval Base Devenport, Clythin, Scotland, where the King stores Trident Nuclear Missiles, the port of Sheerness and Chatham Dockyard in the county of Kent.  Britain at its most vulnerable. Basically, all it takes is three missiles and this civilization will collapse."

Here is video with English sub-titles:

The newscaster speaks initially about a memo that came out of the White House, as being what prompts this.  I am endeavoring to determine what such memo came out and what it actually says.

SNAP ANALYSIS

For Russia to air something like THIS on its state-controlled nightly newscast, is an astonishing thing.  It is extremely serious.

Unlike the collective West, Russia does not "posture."  It does not "bluff."   If they're saying this publicly, it means they are willing to actually do it.

Confidential Analyst's personal comment: In my 64 years on this planet, I do not recall seeing or hearing anything this explicit from Russia.
