The Israeli Knesset has approved a bill criminalizing denial of the October 7 punishable by five years in prison.
The bill passed with no opponents or abstentions.
The Bill adds a new offense: anyone who publishes things that deny the events with the intention of defending Hamas and its partners or expressing sympathy or identification with them will be charged with a criminal offense punishable by five years in prison.
Hal Turner's Remark: Nothing says a story is legitimate better than criminalizing scrutiny of it. If scrutiny is illegal, then how can the story be true?
