Iran International’s research shows that the Sepand Organization, the military-building arm of the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program, covering a series of companies inside and outside the country, is seeking to equip the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program. This network is wide from Iran to Austria.
An informed source in an interview with Iran International revealed that the network would buy military and civilian-use equipment in the Neutronic realm and other sensitive parts for the Sepand organization.
Sepand, with the full name of the Defense Research and Innovation Organization, was secretly founded by Mohsen Fakhrizadeh as a subset of the Ministry of Defense of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which according to Western intelligence agencies, is responsible for the development of the Islamic Republic's nuclear weapons program.
Neutronik plays a key role in the design and analysis of nuclear reactors, radiation protection, and military applications such as nuclear weapons. For example, in nuclear applications, neutrons are used to manage chain reactions and supply sensitive equipment, such as the parts needed to produce or control neutrons.
According to information received by Iran International, the network has been active in the field of importing and equipping the Islamic Republic of Iran's nuclear military program in recent years. The network could help the Islamic Republic rebuild the nuclear and military capabilities that have been damaged during the war with Israel.
The company that helps Sepand in this project is a company of the static complex. Two members of Sepand are active in the company. Iran International has also found that the son of the founder of the ISATIS collection has a managerial role in several clothing companies in Austria. According to Iran International, the companies have formed part of the Islamic Republic's nuclear program supply chain.

What are the ties between Sepand and Isatis?
In the discovery of the secret nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic in Semnan province, the name of "Rainkab", the name of Ibrahim Haji Ebrahimi and Hadi Zakeri Khatir were first revealed as the staff of the Sepand complex.
Ibrahim Haji Ebrahimi is different from Ibrahim Haj Ebrahimi, who is a consultant to the Presidential Center for Technology and Innovation Cooperation.
In its research, Iran International has found that Zakeri Khatir is active as vice chairman of the board of directors at the "Satis Danesh Production Equipment" company, and Haji Ebrahimi is in the same technical engineer company.
Zakeri Khatir, born in Qaemshahr, is an assistant professor at Malek Ashtar University of Technology, affiliated with the Ministry of Defense. He has also published articles in the publications of the University of Imam Hussein affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
Haji Ebrahimi, at the master's level, is the entrance of Tehran Polytechnic University (Amirkabir) in the field of nuclear-gave engineering.
On its website, Isatis has introduced itself as a holding, which is active in the field of domestic and foreign sales and commerce.
Iran International’s surveys show that such holdings have not been officially registered in Iran. On the website of Isatis Holding, subsidiaries of "Isatis Foolad Tajiz", "Satis Cement Equipment", "Isatis Pars Tajiz" and "Isatis Danesh of Equipment Production" have been introduced. There is no sign of the official registration of "Equipment Steel Station" and "Satis Cement Equipment".
Isatis Holding did not respond to Iran International's questions.
How did Isatis form?
The parent company of Isatis was first established in Tehran in 1382, called the "Black Pearl Palm and Industry". Mohammad Javadian Farzaneh, Fahimeh Bakhshi Movahed and Saeed Kharazmi were the founders of the company. The company changed its name to "Isatis Pars Tajhiz" in Azar.
Mohammad Amin, son of Saeed Kharazmi, is the business director of Better Way in Austria, a company that the "Statis Knowledge of Equipment" on his website has introduced as one of his European partners.
Mohammad Amin Kharazmi did not respond to Iran International's questions sent via LinkedIn.
The Austrian company "Betterway" has not registered any website, phone number and email in its documents. In the financial documents of "Beterway", the company's field of activity is "retailed by ordering mail or over the Internet". According to the latest announcement, the company's assets at the end of 2013 was about 420 thousand euros.
According to the website of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce, Better Wei was registered in Vienna on August 2, 2018. The company’s office is registered at the address of a residential apartment on Erbaitregase Street.
It is also owned by another company called Pioneer Bio Instrument. The company is active in the field of medical equipment. Several Iranian managers are active in the company.
The Bio Instroment Pioneer did not respond to Iran International’s questions.
At the same address, another company is registered called Petrophoenixx Handels, which also has Iranian executives.
What is Sepand's place in the Islamic Republic's nuclear program?
During the 12-day war, several centers, including its headquarters, targeted it. Also during the recent war, and in the form of Operation Nazania, the Mossad assassinated a number of nuclear scientists in Sepand. Akbar Motallebizadeh, former head of the group "Shahid Karimi" Sepand, Saeed Borji, an expert on explosives and metals in the group "Shahid Karimi", Asghar Hashemi Tabar, director of the group "Shahid Chamran", Mansour Asgari, Sepand Research and Technology Department, Mohammad Reza Sadeghi Saber, the head of the "Shahid Karimi" group of Sepand were among these people.
Iran International August 1403 revealed in an exclusive report that the Islamic Republic has pursued a special program for the construction of nuclear weapons by devoting a separate budget and converting Sepand to an independent organization.
According to the International Atomic Energy Agency, the organization, which is a subsidiary of the Ministry of Defense and Support of the Islamic Republic, was established after Western intelligence agencies discovered the Amad project. Amad under the management of Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was the secret project of the Islamic Republic to build a nuclear warhead.
In the unveiling of documents that the Mossad Bahman stole from Shoorabad, Netanyahu officially revealed Sepand's connection to the Islamic Republic's plan to build nuclear weapons.
Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was killed in the head of the cold water of Damavand in Tehran on the 7th of Azar. The U.S. State Department has sanctioned Sepand for its involvement in the production of weapons of mass destruction.
In recent years, the U.S. Treasury Department has sanctioned more than thirty nuclear scientists for membership in the organization.
The United States boycotted Martyr Karimi's group, Shahid Chamran Group, Martyr Fakhar Moghaddam, Martyr Avini Group, Martyr Movahed Danesh Group, and Heydar Karar Research Group, Sepand's subsidiaries.
After the boycott, Sepand used the coverage of companies and university centers, including the Islamic Azad University and through the Institute of Applied Physics, to buy prohibited items.
The United States has previously sanctioned a number of apparently private but controlled companies for helping the organization, including Kimia Shargh, which was sanctioned in 1989.
