The Iranian Foreign Ministry stated that the latest U.S. proposal was 'unacceptable' and that it was not the result of the negotiations, but rather a delusional proposal with no basis.
UPDATE 1:05 PM EDT: Iran has given the US a counter-proposal: Iran will keep enrichment low if the US disarms Israel of its nuclear arsenal; by force if necessary.
Following Iran's rejection, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu is set to hold a phone call with Trump to push for a military option.
Sources inside Israel are letting it be known that if Trump tells Netanyahu "negotiations have failed" Israel is completely ready to strike Iran's nuclear program as early as immediately.
That could mean today.
UPDATE 1:12 PM EDT --
Netanyahu did speak with Trump by phone briefly a short while ago, but this is NOT the official call.
There is now a scheduled Israel Security Cabinet Conference for this evening.
IDF just issued a ban on all media reports concerning security consultations on Iran. (This news website does NOT honor such Israeli requests or Orders.)
