Topic: Market Stabilization Measures for Precious Metals Complex. " My Translation: They're going to ban or restrict silver buying. You have 72 hours. I AM NOT ABLE TO FIND ANY SUCH NOTICE ANYWHERE IN THE CFTC WEBS
