Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelensky has several close advisors, one of whom is Mykhailo Podolyak, shown above.

Podolyak stated that if presidential elections are held, Ukraine will waive all current financial obligations.    When he says "waive" he means REPUDIATE.  Walk-Away from all debt.

"This will be a reboot of the entire system built under President Zelenskyy. I emphasize, the entire system. Including all financial obligations. If Trump or anyone else is dissatisfied with the current Ukrainian administration, then let's start from scratch. Old agreements will lose their legal force under the new president. This will be our main condition."
