An "unidentified" submarine has been detected in the Atlantic Ocean, about 60 to 80 miles off Sandy Hook, New Jersey and New York City.
US Northern Command anti-submarine warfare aircraft are searching the area.

My personal bet: It's a Russian nuclear submarine.
If they were detected, my next bet is because they WANTED to be detected.
I think it is likely Russia --- "sending a message" --- to the USA.
