Trudeau Resigns - Dissolves Parliament - Elections in March

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has resigned from Office and has Pro-Rogued (dissolved) Parliament.  New Elections will be held in March.

Trudeau says he will serve until such time as his Liberal Party selects a new leader.
