The "New START" Treaty Has EXPIRED; No More Treaties Against Nuclear Bomb Deployment

The "New START" Treaty Expired at midnight. It was the final remaining treaty limiting further development and deployment of nuclear bombs. Now, both the USA and Russia are now free to build and deploy additional or newer Atomic/Hydrogen Bombs. The world is less safe today than it was yesterday.
Months ago, Russia publicly mentioned the New START Treaty would be expiring, and offered a one year extension of it. The U.S. never bothered to respond.
Last night, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chair of Russia's Federation Council, posted this on social media:
