Spain has introduced a form of capital control with this, under the guise of anti money laundering:
Bank Notices
The Banking system has become so fragile, they must now control people taking out their OWN money. It won't be long until this spreads to other countries.
You may wish to decide whether or not you leave ALL your money within such a system, or start to take some out to prepare for what seems to be coming.
