A gas explosion and subsequent 4-alarm fire at 3485 Bivona Street in the Bronx, took place around 3:00 AM today.
FDNY has deployed over 200 firefighters.
So far, 1 death and 14 injuries.
This is now the first test of Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s new lesbian fire chief.
