So, if a tech company creates nano particles that can obtain data from your body and those particles are covered as IP (intellectual property), then the the tech company owns the data on the nano tech particles and the data they stored. Furthermore, the tech companies are making the argument that tech plus a human means, you are no longer just "human", you are a cyborg hence, you have no rights and your body is now owned by the tech company since you house their IP in your body. Sound strange and immoral?
