There has been a mass-shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church / School in Minneapolis, MN.   Law enforcement is already describing it as "horrible and significant."

Local and state police are on the scene.  FBI and ATF are on the way.

The shooting took place during the mass. A gunman fired a rifle through the window at the children inside the church. The shooter had a rifle, shotgun and handgun.

Two children, ages 8 and 10, were killed were they sat. Allegedly dozens shots were heard. Police believe he shot all three weapons. He was dressed in black clothes and cargo pants. Other children were rushed to local hospitals. 17 children were injured, 2 of them with critical injuries.

The gunman shot himself in the back of the church, in the parking lot and killed himself. The shooter was a male in his 20's. The shooter approached the church from one side and barricaded the outside of two doors with a 2x4 piece of wood.

ATF agents and the FBI reportedly remain on scene as the investigation continues.

CONFIRMED: The Annunciation Catholic Church shooter went by two names, “Robert” and “Robin” Westman.. . . .  another "Trans" psycho.

Suspect posted a video at the time of the shooting allegedly recorded a day prior preparing his weapons. Writing on magazines said “for the Children” and “kill Donald Trump”.

MOTHER KNEW SHOOTER WAS MENTALLY ILL - APPLIED TO CHANGE NAME FROM MALE TO FEMALE IN 2019

The shooter who opened fire at a Catholic school Mass in Minneapolis on Wednesday, killing two children and injuring 17 others, had an official name change in 2019, according to court records.

The shooter has been identified as 23-year-old Robin Westman, but according to court documents, Westman changed their name from Robert to Robin in 2019.

The court documents show the shooter’s mother applied for the name change and wrote, “minor child identifies as female and wants her name to reflect the identification.”

Local police said earlier in the day they were aware of a manifesto that the shooter had timed it to be released on YouTube, though the video has been taken down and is now under investigation.

The manifesto, police added, appeared to show Westman at the scene and included disturbing writings.
