All senior members of the Iran Revolutionary Guard Corp (IRGC) and the Iranian military are CUT OFF from cellular communications.
For fear of targeted assassinations, senior members are not allowed to own, use, carry or be in possession of cell phones, at all. . . . not even in their cars.
