Iran’s Armed Forces General Staff has accused the United States of violating the ceasefire agreement.
According to the General Staff spokesman, the US attacked an Iranian oil tanker near Jask and another vessel off the coast of Fujairah.
Simultaneously, in coordination with certain regional countries, American forces carried out airstrikes on non-military targets in Bandar Khamir, Sirik, and Qeshm Island.
In response, Iranian forces struck U.S. military vessels east of the Strait of Hormuz and south of Chabahar Port, inflicting significant damage, the spokesman said.
“The criminal and aggressive United States and its supporting countries must know that the Islamic Republic of Iran will continue to deliver a decisive response to any act of aggression,” he added.
