It is quite disturbing that Gospa News International has been one of the very few counter-information sites in the world to carefully monitor the repeated, dangerous and top-secret experiments being conducted at the infamous HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) station in Gakona, west of Wrangell-Santo Elias National Park in Alaska nel 2024.
The Shocking Warning on HAARP Experiments
This is alarming precisely because between the middle of last year and the beginning of 2025, disastrous floods occurred in the Northern Hemisphere, which is obviously the one most affected by the unknown effects of the high-frequency bombardments of the ionosphere conducted by HAARP, a former US Air Force military base and now managed by the University of Alaska—Fairbanks with research projects funded by the Pentagon, NASA and the NSF (National Science Foundation).
“Nobody should be conducting experiments alone with our shared planet,” European Union climate policy chief Frans Timmermans told a news conference.
The primary and serious concern of expert scientists is connected to the fact that the “unwanted effects” of such geoengineering experiments are unknown in terms of type, intensity and duration.
Joanna Haigh, Emeritus Professor at Imperial College London, said as well as having physical dangers, such technologies risked giving polluters an excuse not to address the root cause of climate change – greenhouse gas emissions produced from burning fossil fuels.
“The governance of geoengineering will be hugely complex, but necessary to regulate any future geoengineering technologies” she added. In an explanatory document, the Commission said that in its current state of development, SRM “represents an unacceptable level of risk for humans and the environment”.
But none of the authoritative scientists who cry out about climate change or those who contest it with authoritative studies (such as the slow increase of the Antarctic ice cap) seems to have had the courage to verify the probable correlation between such geoengineering tests and the polar vortex that caused the worst winter disaster in history in the USA.
Worst winter storm of the year over 27 US states
«A major winter storm is set to unleash up to a foot of snow when it barrels over 27 states, creating treacherous driving conditions and power outages.The storm will get underway Friday, spreading snow across the Northern Plains during the day into the upper Midwest at night and reached the East Coast Saturday» Daily Mail wrote.
States that were hit with different intensities include North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine are also battered by heavy snowfall.
The fast-moving storm traveling through the Northeast with a ‘dangerous’ combination of snow and sleet has forced hundreds of flights to be canceled as thousands go without power. More than 3,300 flights to, from or within the US were delayed and at least 300 were canceled on Saturday, according to Flight Aware.
The National Weather Service (NWS) has already put 30 million people living from the eastern Rockies and Dakotas to New York City and Boston under weather alerts, with warnings of mixed precipitation and ice accumulations. AccuWeather meteorologists said Friday that the storm, named Garnett, ‘might be the biggest storm of the winter season‘ for portions of the Northeast.

Polar Vortex Split Update: A Breakaway vortex is forecast to move into North America,
«A Stratospheric Warming event is going to start in the coming days. We see a weakening and a split of the Polar Vortex in the forecast, which means the Polar Vortex will be torn into two separate cores. When a Polar Vortex is split in half in the stratosphere, each of the remaining cores moves over a different part of the Hemisphere. That means it brings along a weather change and a supply of cold air into the region. We will focus on the upcoming stratospheric warming event and the Polar Vortex split, with potential winter weather outcomes to follow in February and beyond. But fist, a quick look at what the Polar Vortex really is.
The main takeaway from the video should be that the Polar Vortex is not just one winter storm or a cold outbreak that moves from the Midwest into the eastern United States. It is the entire weather circulation over the Northern Hemisphere.
Tornadoes after Mysterious Northern Lights Similar to HAARP Tests
In reference to the terrible tornadoes that have made the hell of fire in Los Angeles devastating, we have published an analysis on the very strange and exceptional meteorological conditions. Tens of millions of people from the Midwest to the East Coast are battling heavy snow as part of a major winter storm that has killed at least four people. Freezing temperatures continued to worsen road conditions, leaving more than 1,000 motorists stranded on a Missouri highway and causing thousands of flight cancellations and delays, American network NBC reported on January 6, 2025.
“Heavy rains and overflowing waterways continue to cause disruption in the United Kingdom. More than a thousand homes and businesses have been flooded and farmland has been damaged. Numerous flood warnings have been issued for Friday, January 5, and some railway lines have been closed. The Midlands region, in Nottinghamshire, is in a state of emergency, where mud and water have covered entire expanses of land,” LaPresse reported on the same day.
Here is yet another suspicious coincidence between the alleged geoengineering of the Northern Lights and disastrous events. Among these are the terrible tornadoes that have aggravated the fires in California…
The Santa Ana Winds in California
“In Los Angeles, California, the fires are advancing relentlessly. Driven by the Santa Ana winds. Elsewhere, however, the worrying factor is the arrival of the second winter storm in as many weeks: it will affect (over) twenty American states, from Maine to Texas. These two extreme weather events, explains Semafor among others, are linked to disturbances in the so-called polar vortex. In other words: experts believe that climate change is the main culprit for what is happening” writes Corriere del Ticino.
Neither scientists nor journalists mention, even as a vague related hypothesis, the dangerous experiments conducted by HAARP right in the Arctic Circle, the origin of the vortex…
The Santa Ana winds (also called “devil’s winds”) are a weather condition in Southern California “in which strong, hot, dust-bearing winds descend from the desert regions inland toward the Pacific coast around Los Angeles,” as explained on the website of NOAA, the American national weather service.
“A condition that is not uncommon in these areas. The problem of these hours is that the gusts have reached a tornado intensity that has not been recorded for more than ten years, with peaks of up to 130 kilometers per hour: the flames move quickly and it is impossible to fly helicopters and Canadairs to extinguish them. Furthermore, such strong winds are considered dangerous because they can cause the fall of pylons and trees with the potential risk of starting the flames” wrote the website of the Italian national TV RAI News.
The hot and dry air currents have blown at speeds never recorded since 2011, increasing the risk of fires in an area that has not received rain for months.
As previously mentioned, the HAARP station works in close collaboration with the US Air Force which at the Los Angeles base develops projects for the use of directed energy as a weapon.
Although two clues do not make a proof, the coincidences are starting to be really too many…
