Talks have begun in Iran on whether to move from a state of defensive readiness to an offensive one. Specifically, with all the activities being undertaken in the past 24 hours by both Israel and the United States, evcacuating dependents and Diplomats, and with US CENTCOM releasing a Press Statement that said they're prepared for any "RETALIATORY STRIKES" from any attack on Iran's nuclear program, the talks are now centered on whether Iran should pre-emptively strike?
The US CENTCOM Press release mentioning "retaliatory" strikes by Iran made explicitly clear, Israel and/or the US are going to strike Iran, which would then result in "retaliatory" strikes BY Iran.
The US CENTCOM Press Release was literally a dead giveaway to the Iranians, that Iran is going to be attacked very soon, BECAUSE the US and Israel are preparing for "retaliatory" attacks.
So now Iran is asking itself if they should strike first?
What a mess.
