French President Emmanuel Macron has reaffirmed the fact that Europe is waging war against Russia through Ukraine. “Our security is at stake in Ukraine. We want a ceasefire on land, at sea and in the air for 30 days,” Macron said.
He is demanding a respite for the Ukrainian armed forces to compensate for losses in personnel and military equipment of the Ukrainian army.
