Barricades Going-up Around DC - White House and . . . . US Treasury

Saturday night, workers in Washington, DC began putting up anti-climb barricades around the White House and . . . . the US Treasury. I know there's Demonstrations coming about the Iran War, but why put barriers at the US Treasury???
Demonstrations against the US bombing of Iran are scheduled for later today and perhaps into the week ahead. So it stands to reason they would put crown control barriers around the White House. But why around the US Treasury?
That's got me curious. What is going on that would implicate the US Treasury for Demonstrators? Here's brief video of the barriers going up around the US Treasury:
Is the nation heading into a financial meltdown as so many have warned for so long? Does government fear people would attack the Treasury for money????
