Saturday, July 18: U.S. Mercilessly Attacking Iran after Two US Military KILLED in Jordan

After Iranian Missiles killed at least two US Military Members in Jordan today, the U.S. is unleashing an overwhelming wave of military attacks against Iran. The United States Air Force has launched a massive, direct bombardment against strategic military infrastructure inside southern Iran.

U.S. combat aircraft are currently executing what are described as high-precision airstrikes targeting the vital Iranian port city of Bandar Abbas and its surrounding military installations. This localized campaign marks a dramatic and direct action by Washington, zeroing in on the absolute heart of Tehran's naval operations and Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) strongholds.

Iranian ballistic missiles have adapted to US air defenses, firing at extremely high speeds and maneuvering as they streak back toward Earth, with US officials saying Iran is getting targeting help from China and/or Russia due to the unusually high precision and sensitive targets, per WSJ. These are the missiles that struck the Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan overnight, killing at least 2 US service members CENTCOM confirmed earlier tonight.

What the U.S. Is Doing Isn't Working

Rather than deter or humiliate Iran, the U.S. attacks are actually emboldening them.   Tehran, today, issued another public warning!   The newest warning names Dubai and Abu Dhabi directly: "If the U.S. bombs Iranian bridges again, the Emirates' airports and ports get hit."

The reported threat goes further.

Per a claimed Iranian military source, a phased plan runs all the way to the region's power plants and desalination facilities, with Kuwait named as stage one.  Bear in mind that two of Kuwait's eight desalination plants are already knocked out.

Every capital in the Gulf now has a line item in Iran's escalation ledger.

Applying pure logic, it appears that what actually ends this is arithmetic rather than threats.

Casualties coming home to the USA, pump prices creeping higher, and munitions stocks that now sit in the low thousands, not tens of thousands, with no production surge available to refill them.

One additional detail that stuck was a retreat nobody announced: A $250 MILLION Triton surveillance drone, chased out of Jordan by repeated Iranian missile strikes, now sits in Sicily, too far from Iran to fly the missions it exists for.

Most informed observers are now saying the Jordanian/US bases are literally weeks from being completely unusable, which pushes American operations toward Israel, and makes Israel a target for the first time in this round.

On any potential ground-move those same Informed Observers say that summer heat alone shoves any island landing by the USA past the midterms elections.
