Beijing's "9-11" -- Plane Hits Beijing's Tallest Skyscraper!

An aircraft has crashed into the tallest building in Beijing, China.
Video below shows a gaping hole in the side of the 109 Story, CITRIC Building (China Zun). Debris from the crash rained down on streets below. Smoke is billowing from the building.
Police, Fire Department, and Emergency Medical Services are all on-scene and operating.
Americans are now wondering why the building hasn't fallen, straight down into its own foot print?
Chinese are now wondering if this is their "9-11" and if this incident is going to change China in the same terrible ways that 9-11 changed the United States, where government acts as if citizens are all "terrorists" and unleashes unparalleled spying, and erodes citizen rights, the same way the US did?
The major question right now: Was this an accident, or "terrorism?"

UPDATE: The plane that hit the Beijing tower was a Sunward SA 60L Aurora owned by a local aviation company, according to CNN, a light-sport aircraft that holds only two people.
